Yes it will. At my job, they use the Nvidia Quadro K2000. 

 

It's a simple graphics card that carries the load for 3d modeling, it is not considered nor would it be good for gaming though.

Everything seems good, most people go with Nvidea though and also i think you should bump up your PSU to at least 550w don't you think?

Oh haha, I see now. Sorry. I work with AutoCAD at work and thought that was what he referring to.
