Need input on first Gaming PC

I'm currently located  in the US and plan on building my first gaming PC with a budget of around $2400.

Here is my current part list of items I choose myself.

The input I need and goals of this build is:

  • Should I change any parts for better deals or performance?
  • Can I trust buying used parts such as a GPU and monitor?
  • I plan on gaming at 1080p at high refresh rates and FPS.
  • If you can provide feedback about parts in the current list if you own them and how they perform
  • Any advice, wisdom, or information is appreciated

get a 1440p 144hz monitor instead, do you really need the extra 60hz monitor?

I can't visually see a difference between 144Hz and 240Hz monitor after a month of use, but I don't have good pair of eyes either so there's that.

If this build emphasis on Asus RGB sync and looks overall, I have nothing to add.
