That board is utter garbage because it only has 2 channels per CPU - LGA2011 should have 4. So you're wasting a ton of potential and performance for server stuff...

 

Anyway I'd get the be quiet because it comes with pretty good fans.

Why do you think it's a garbage? You can have 64-128gb max for 16gb and 32gb stick. Which is already overkill for v2 cpus.

As I said, it only has 2 DIMM Slots per CPU and I don't even know if that's dual Channel. 

And you don't have much PCie either. With 2011 you have 44 PCie Lanes per CPU so 88 in total with two.

Yes, they are more expensive but with that board you found, you can't even use half the features of the CPU. SO why bother with the second at all and not just get a modern Ryzen 7/2700x??? Should be cheaper, more/better features and better performance as well...
