Impossible to tell from this picture. It appears to be a proprietary board for a pre-built system (from YEARS ago) but beyond that I can't see much. Give us a better picture, with a model number or something.

It's very dusty and the graphics card looks very old, so I wouldn't think it's better than a Core 2 Duo. i3 at most.

think thats a DTX board, so some old dell crap probably. cant say i know the exact model but its from the 2000s somewhere

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
