GTX 1080 performs like GTX 1060

i.Shadow.

Hey guys, so I got MSI GT75VR 7rf titan pro few months ago, specs are i7 7820HK, GTX 1080, 16GB RAM single channel. Its been underperforming in gaming since the start, I get like 50 fps in ac origins ultra at 1080p, then i change the resolution to 4k, i still get the same 50 fps. turned vsync off and everything, put everything on high performance mode. I play america's army proving ground, free to play fps shooter, my friends with gtx 1070 or lower gets like 150 - 200 fps but i get 90 - 130 fps, its not bad but it doesn't perform like gtx 1080, i tried overclocking cpu to 4.4ghz but nothing changed. Any ideas or fix? Thanks in advance.
