Also should I burn windows iso using Microsoft tool or different one?

Thanks

You should use the MS tool and put it on a USB stick.  Flakey DVD burners just add another failure point into the equation.

Honestly, I have not built a computer with a DVD drive for anyone in ~5 years.  I just tell them to get an external drive if they really need to use it, and only one person out of around ten has done so.

Installing windows 10 from iso burned to disc. It has been on 60%(getting files ready for installation) all night

That is the worst matched bunch of hardware I have ever seen.

What is your HDD?  If its old It may have failed.  Ditto for your DVD burner, use a stick.

The GPU will be upgraded at some point when the GPU shortage ends

GPU shortage has been over for awhile now.  The coin market has crashed in the same way it did way back when.

Because most places that carry computer parts do not keep GPU's in stock (esp after something like a coin rush).  The prices fluctuate too much and a new GPU series is around the corner.

GTX 1050 Ti for example, is down to $140-$150 on Newegg currently.  GTX 1050 is at $120.  Which is about where they should be.

I use a DVD drive as I sometimes old software I have on discs.

Also I had from when I replaced my prebuilt system. When it failed because of my PSU.

I wouldnt trust that thing as far as I could throw it.

Most burners will still read discs long after they are too sloppy to properly write one.

Never knew that but don't think I use to write the disc originally though I did have that disc since 2017

Another problem with home burnt DVD's is the fact that they do rot over time as well.  Usually not in ~1 year (unless they are non-branded crap blanks), but they do degrade over time.
