TechSource files manual copyright claim against video that alleges the robbery was staged, threatens legal action against "human garbage" creator

I don't know why anyone gave him the benefit of the doubt.

The video in question is a commentary that makes a great case for this robbery likely being staged. 
I don't have a mirror to the video, I will post if someone provides it. 

First, Edgar post this comment where he threatened legal action

He later edited this comment calling the uploader human garbage. It's kind of like the N word- since Edgar is human garbage he's allowed to say that. 

In this comment, among other things, he leaves an imgur album of text (that some, including the video creator, think are fake ) that seem to contradict his story about the insurance, "Nobody told me about this"

So yea as usual with tech source, the plot thickens. This is the guy that faked a 350$ pc giveaway, the guy who also made a video harassing a guy who sold a setup he won from Edgar.

That video also explains the router/modem. Spectrum replaced the modem after the incident, hence why its connected to the wall. The wifi router is missing in the video since it was stolen, here is a screenshot of my purchase:https://imgur.com/a/5bPiGh9

I will be going over to the station tomorrow to get a copy of the report and talk to the police to get whatever else evidence I can. I cant believe I have to spend my time to prove this happened to me. Its bad enough I lost over 50k worth of stuff and dealing with all this stress, but its even worse trying to prove it wasnt fake. Some people just want to see me burn, and I get that. I dont exactly have the best reputation online.

Ill probably have a response video to the original claim as well since there are a lot of unanswered questions, but for now heres the raw video and additional proof that I have. I know it will be fine in the end because the truth always comes out, I got nothing to hide.

p.s. after reading a few comments below, im actually surprised you didnt jump to conclusions. Im glad you guys thought logically about this. Anyways, ill be back tomorrow with more proof. Thanks - Techsource

Portion of my job is puling camera footage to share with police. I can say that there are plenty of buildings managers who HOPE they cheapo hikvision camera system is recording at the time. And that the footage is even usable. And a common excuse when that cheap stuff isnt working is that the cameras were in maintenance or somesuch.

 

And the victim is allowed to view and obtain footage concerning their case from police. Police would have been the ones that gotten footage from across the street. 

 

 

As for things like COI, certificate of insurance, I am not sure what to say. The building manager may be at fault as it is up to them to be sure they have insurance for anything that happens in their building. Now if tech source owns the space and doesnt just lease it then thats a different story. But due dilligence really requires for COI to be completed before any business is conducted between two parties.

I dunno, let's say his robbery was actually real. People nitpicking and claiming BS and fake robbery will make him angry thus him responding with the "human garbage". 
Making up a story like that with police, surveillance footage and cleaning his whole office just for escaping responsibility of giveaway (Which is not a problem for him I guess as he has a Tesla and a Lambo **not sure if he has it right now but he had at one point** ) is laughable.

People lie about all kinds of things, and people get called out for being a liar when they're actually not, that's life. his train o thoughts might have been that he didn't want people having the wrong idea of him, and therefore removing the video was the solution he came up with to acheive said goal.

The original owner should be making a claim for slander not copyright. I hope his copyright claim fails. This is not what copyright is for. He is not passing the original video off as his own work. He is not causing loss of income for the original owner.

While not really relevant in his situation, it can be necessary to remove accusations like these in regards to insurance claims. 

It's not uncommon that a person or business be refused an insurance payment if the insurance company finds public statements that casts doubt on the legitimacy of the insurance claim. 

Insurance companies, unfortunatly, doesn't work on the principle of innocent untill proven guilty.
