Connection Specific DNS Stuck in Windows

The DNS in ipconfig is set to locadomain and I can't change it no matter what I do. I have tried dns flush arp -d and it is stuck. I swapped to the other ethernet port and everything works fine.
try this via admin command line if you have removed the pihole config;
netsh winsock reset
Reboot the system and reconfigure your IPv4/6 settings on reboot if they aren't provided by DHCP and retest.
