Hey guys! I wanted to know how you guys feel about this Mobo for my build. I want to overclock the cpu/gpu and I don't care too much for RGB on a mobo unless it's really nice.

Does anyone know any information about how this does with overclocking?

Is there a better mobo I should go with? (sticking to the same price range, maybe go up by $20 if it's worth it)

Oh Also! I wanted to know if this is a good price point or should I wait until a the whole black friday/cyber monday sales thing? I don't recall if motherboards go on sale or not.

The FTW is the "better" line for EVGA products, they are usually designed from the ground up to be a high quality budget option for overclocking with additional features for doing so, so while it can's OC as well as the Classified series, it still can OC a CPU in a respectable fashion. Or to put it simply, yes it overclocks pretty well and is a great MOBO to add to your system.

Thank you very much! My final question would have to be...Does this seem like a decent price point? I have been trying to snipe items when they are on sale. That and I don't how if motherboards drop a lot during black Friday/cyber Monday

Your welcome! Sure on black Friday you may save $10-20 but they may run out of units, and this is priced pretty well right now, about what you could expect for a high quality Z370 ATX MOBO.

Ok I lied to you, I still have one more question. Is there any other one you can think of that you would suggest? Like I said, I'll pay more if it's worth it.

Ooh this is rough, I am very fond of EVGAs MOBOs, and their warranties, the Classified K of course has more MOSFETS, and VRMs therefor improved OC performance, but most people prefer the ASUS Prime MOBOs due to the features that their BIOS has.

Damn, that is only 20 dollars more... I might wait around for Black Friday/Cyber Monday than and see what goes on. At least now I have an idea of which ones to choose from. Thanks!
