pc fan frontplate how called and where to buy?

i saw a few videos where people put like in front of the fans designplates and i want some for my next buid. i tried finding them but i dont know the correct term for them and does that impact the airflow? i will put thees on exhaustfans

They aren't in style anymore. If you have tools, cheapest and quickest way would be to do it yourself.

sadly dont have the tools and dont even know how to start making ones. i was thinking of buying 3 of these but wizht the logo in black. im going for a rog buildfangrill_render.618.png
