So, recently i've been stuck in my bed for the past 3-4 weeks as per doctor orders and i've been having terrible back pains and leg pains cuz of how long im in my bed. i play WoW and would now be staying in bed a LONG period of time. Is there any product to help improve back posture and to hold a mouse / keyboard setup for a desktop computer? You guys are gurus and my memory is terrible so any previous product i may have seen i definitely forgot.

I know Roccat do the Roccat Sova, which is essentially a couch keyboard and mouse combo. It's good if you don't have a desk, and in your scenario, you relate.

That's a great find but i'll bookmark it for later due to its price. Know of any good lap desks?

Got some more information for us?

  • Are you laying flat in bed or can you sit up with some pillows?
  • What is your Monitor / computer set up?
  • Have you considered a game-pad solution (if possible, no idea)

Otherwise, I'd say just sit up with some pillows behind your back and have something like this at your lap. Or a wooden board works too.... lol.

Linus did some videos on couch gaming, see if any of those work for you.

Also, keep in mind: it is important to keep your lower back supported while laying or sitting down for long periods of time. You can do this with a pillow or something like this.

What you need to do is address the back pain and leg cramps with your doctor, not ask on a computer forum. Would you go to a plumbing forum to get advice on how to fix a computer?
