Please, I want to make sure that the case would fit E-ATX motherboard? because the seller told me if you buy it you can return it so I need to make sure before buying it.

It will fit but just be mindful with the cable routing because the motherboard will partially cover it.

so I will not be able to use the cable holes? Do I have to find a different route for the cables?

You will be able to use it, but it will partially cover the holes.

No, unfortunately you cannot

While looking for the answer I saw your other post on a different forum, and someone posted a similar response to what I'm about to show, so I might be late

But this was the only example I could find

It does say under the specs that it supports a motherboard up to 272mm which happens to be about 10.79" which is just over the length of an E-ATX board. You should be able to squeeze one in without too much hassle. I would probably route your cable first just to be safe.
