My Samsung C27F591 OSD menu is locked

Hi, My Samsung C27F591 menu is locked I think? I can only get setting like brightness, contrast, and sharpness. but not the full list of settings. I'm not sure if its locked or there's something else wrong? 

I'm just trying to reset my monitor to try to get the colours correct for photo and video editing. Any help is appreciated  Please I really could use some help with this if anyone knows anything please say

Are you using any sRGB-Mode with the monitor?

That can cause that problem. Try turning that off, if it is the problem.

It also might be that your OSD is locked. Take a look at Pg 11 of the manual:

And what's with the sRGB-Mode?

That often causes that you can't change many settings.
