Need help findings new monitor

So my current monitor is kinda old, so im looking for a new one. My budget is around 230$, my graphic card is a gtx 1060 6gb version. I was lookin in to this monitor: IIYAMA gaming LED GB2730HSU-B1  

 

I'm not sure if this is the best option but it seem fine to me. I want my monitor to be height adjustable and display needs to lean back and forth. Bonus is if it has more than 60hz refresh rate. 

 

I would like to jear your opinions and I'm open to suggestions.

Thank you very much for suggestions, but you see, I live in Slovenia which is in Europe, so I cant find the first one anywhere, but the second one I can find but im not sure how well my graphic card can run games on 1440p.
