every time i turn on my pc i get this message and idk why

Check what programs and services are set to launch on startup. There's probably something trying to launch that doesn't have a program associated with it. 

 

EDIT: Or select a default email client.

I get the same message when I manually want to send email via Windows 10 MAIL app.
