2080 ti vs 1080 ti benchmarks leaked on youtube

Not sure if this is against any rules, original video already deleted so i'm gonna link it, easy enough to find.

Looking at the min fps and actual difference, the tests seem to be done on 2 FE cards

Assuming the 2080 ti doesn't have as much headroom to oc as much as the 1080 ti it now makes sense why no fps comparison were ever given by nvidia.

Still gonna wait for DLSS/RT leaks though. Personally still probably gonna go for a 2080 ti. The price:performance is yucky though

Leaked charts but not gameplay footage.

If they wanted  to ignore the NDA, why not just post footages as well?
But there might be truth to this.

So DLSS might help.

p.s : noticed that the average FPS from their chart is lower than the average FPS for 2080(non ti) released by nvidia (below).

1070 Ti can get you 60 FPS in 4k

At lowest settings. Those numbers from Nvidia are about as useful as snowflake in the middle of summer.

I tend to think nvidia avoiding a direct comparison thus far is entirely just to build hype for pre-orders and the rather poor price performance, this does give us a neighborhood of what the improvements are gonna be, too bad we wont know the max oc on these cards for awhile. The 2080 ti charts were also all on ultra -_-

By current rummors RTX 2080Ti will be only 30-35% faster than GTX 1080Ti. If compare to previous generation than GTX 1080Ti was 80% faster than GTX 980Ti.

GTX 1080Ti + 50$ or (+7.6%) price increase from last generation but 80% jump in performance!
RTX 2080Ti + 500$ or (+71.6%) price increase from last generation but only 30-35% jump in performance!
