What monitor to get

I have a pc with

 

i7 3770k at 4.5

12gb

gtx 1070 ti

 

and in some games I get a little bit of a cpu bottleneck and my monitor just died and it was a 1080p 75hz monitor but should I get a 1440p 75hz monitor or a 144hz 1080p and I all my games run on max setting so I can’t up the settings at all so what should I get

Personally, I would prefer lower resolution and more FPS over higher resolution and less FPS.

 

I would take 1080p 144Hz over 1440p 75Hz.

1440, higher refresh rate, 100hz+

 

I run a 1070 on 1440 ultrawide on 100hz, In majority of games im always over 100fps.
