Hi, so I have planned a rig with the help of very friendly forum users and gotten my decided final build. Now I'm looking for a power supply. What would be the optimal power supply for me does it have to be exact 2x the amount I need 3x the amount I need e.t.c

Here is a link to the build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/rrGWJ8

--Edit also does anyone know if I will need extra fans? I've gotten an optimal airflow case which is one of the best on the market.

@AzureShadow In my opinion i wouldnt be using a PSU below a 600watt 80+ Gold for a rig like that.

Your PCPartpicker list shows the power requirement to be 389W.

So 550W or above since you have an overclockable chip.

Tier 3 or better.

Changed most parts in your entire system, hope you don't mind. You just had weird component choices that made no sense and some needed some work in other areas.

Ask OP, I made the motherboard 6 pounds cheaper xD

I guess OP doesn't plan to OC, so in that case a B350/B450 would be fine. I ended up having to buy an X370 in my case because the VRM was so bad on my Asus B350 Strix, but if OP doesn't want to OC then it's not really an issue. He didn't include a cooler so I'm guessing he won't.

I also upped the RAM to the cheapest Samsung B-die in OP's location because A. Ryzen and RAM compatiblity is notoriously bad, and B. the cheaper boards handle it worse, so better at least get safer RAM.

I mean, how much of that I/O missing will be a problem for OP?

I don't think it will be. It has enough USB ports, it has PS2, and it has ethernet. Since most people on Ryzen won't be running an iGPU then it's a non-issue.
