Corsair Strafe Brightness and Windows Lock Buttons not Responding

I've updated my driver on the corsair, I've went to device manager and checked for updates and the brightness and windows lock button is not responding. It does work when I just boot up my computer and type in my password to enter. Then after that, it just freezes and doesn't respond. I've tried unplugging and replugging but it still doesn't work.
