need help trouble shooting if my graphics card is bad

well i have a 980ti, i game at 1440p so thats the resolution of my moniter now all of sudden the screen display is super tiny with a thick red line on the bottom left side of my moniter  have no idea whats going on

Just seems like your desktop resolution is messed up  or ur screen idk

everything was fine since the 980 ti release date till 2 months ago, when this showed up i tried putting the resolution back to 1440p but cant and make the display picture fill up the monitor couldn't fix that also

it either seems like you have a dead pixel and that the leds from your monitor are replacing it or your resolution is messed up
