Asus P5N-D constantly freezing

Hi guys, my asus p5n-d has been giving me problems lately.

I have reset all my bios settings to default, turned off my OC, but whenever I try to do anything CPU intensive (like prime95), windows just locks up and requires a pc reset. CPU is a Xeon e5450 and I am running 2x 2gb 800mhz in Dual Channel.

do you know what I could try to get this up in running?

Edit: I did check the memory with memtest86 for errors, didn’t appear to find anything tho
