Bios wont load but windows boots?

Whenever I boot my pc, my monitor is off for a while until windows loads, there isnt an asrock logo anymore or anything at all. I tried getting into the bios by spamming delete but all that happens is that my pc stays on but monitor isnt receiving anything. I also tried getting into the bios through windows by holding shift on the restart button and all that but i still had the same result.

Same happens to me when I turn the monitor on AFTER hitting power button. Try first turning your monitor on, then hit your systems power button.

Do you have more then one display?
