It's not provided by the ISP, it's a router/AP

What make and model is it?

Tp-link Archer c50

What a lot of people don't realize is that a router (and other networking gear, like modems) are essentially mini-computers responsible for routing 1000's of packets per second from multiple connected devices, and thus are under a lot of load most of the time. Couple that with the fact that different router models being more or less reliable than others and you've got a recipe for a "marketing tactics vs. actual results" war when comparing all the available routers on the market at the time. If a router is either wearing out, has a firmware bug/corrupt configuration, or simply can't handle the load, parts (or all) of it can randomly stop working over time as it's powered on, similarly to how an older computer gets slower the longer it's left on.

I would highly recommend replacing that with at least an Archer C7, if not something like a Netgear R7000 or ASUS RT-AC66U. If you don't have the funds for that, then you can try performing a full factory reset on your C50 by following the instructions to reset the router here. After you reset, you can then monitor how it performs with regards to accessing the admin interface, keeping note of how many devices were doing what over the internet when it seemed to stop letting you access the login page. Also check to see if you can't access the login page from multiple devices, as it may just be one device affected.

I know, that's not the point.

Also reset it multiple times and even changd it's ip. The error happens on every device and also when I try to log in remotly. If i reboot it and try to access it's config page I can, but after a few minutes it's gone, and I get a connection refused.
