  1. Uninstall every GIGABYTE/AORUS software completly
  2. Download and Install DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller)
  3. Fully uninstall your Nvidia drivers
  4. Restart your system
  5. Install newly downloaded Nvidia drivers first(important!)
  6. Install AORUS Graphics Engine after that and you should get your rgb controls back

Hope this helps :)

I have the same GPU, from my experience there is some kind of problem with the communication Software - GPU. Whenever I start AORUS (Which is the software you need to download from gigabyte's website) it just goes the default color. What works for me is to chose the color and mode, then restart my PC, after the restart it works, but whenever I start the Engine again it goes to default mode.

- Edit:

As I'm reading @FastRDust comment the solution works ! Cheers!

P.S. It wasn't doing it when I first got it could be some bad drivers or design.

Also the the glowing Gigabyte the T and E kinda faded, they are not glowing the same as the other letters
