Intel UHD Graphics 620 spike to 100% when using Spotify on Windows 10

You can disable hardware acceleration in Spotify.

I use a HP Pavilion cs-0033tx running Windows 10 Home. 2-3 weeks ago, I received a notification saying that my graphics hardware has blocked spotify.exe from accessing it. I have Intel UHD Graphic 620 and NVIDIA GeForce MX150 on this laptop. I noticed that when I run Spotify or any other software, NVIDIA GPU performance is always at 0% while Intel's is always working. First included picture is when I'm simply browsing as right now, typing this on the LTT Forum. But when I run Spotify, it instantly spikes to 100% (refer to 2nd attached picture), and NVIDIA's GPU isn't showing any activity (refer to 3rd attached picture). Now I have tried simple solutions such as re-installing and turning off and back on the laptop. It works, but only temporary. After a while, it goes back to current state. Anyone knows how I can troubleshoot this by myself? Or do I require a technician for this?

pls help

On laptops, Windows uses your iGPU outside of games because it requires less power. Don't worry about it.
