Alternative Methods to cleaning off thermal paste off my CPU?

I need alternative methods to clean off my thermal paste off my pc. I can't find any Isopropyl Alcohol (cant find 70 or 90 percent). So I need alternatives.

Linus did a pretty comprehensive video on cleaning thermal paste with a whole bunch of different stuff :)

I use medical alcohol wipes.

A paper towel works well by itself as long as it's not very caked on.

Soft paper towels or dual/triple layered toilet paper. That's what I've been using. Takes bit more time, but effect is same.
