Need Help buying a new Rig $700 (photo editing/light gaming)

Here I have provided 3 different rigs(plus one new from amazon) in my local area... I would like to know which is the best of the three since there all within  $20 of each other. Also if you have any alternatives to my budget such as the brand new one from Amazon i posted please suggest.

The Amazon one. The used ones you've listed are so outdated. The Amazon Cyberpower PC has an 8400, RX 580, and 8GB of memory, for $700. Just don't expect it to look like the one in the picture.

Edit:

The first one is definitely not worth anywhere near $700, maybe $300 or so

The second and third have okay specs but I still wouldn't shell out that much money for them either.
