Opinions about my first build

Hey Linus community,

my name is Felix, I'm 20 years old and an austrian-fan of linus.

I am building my first gaming pc right now and  I allready got the motherboard and the ssd and there was a little bit of a miss-investment (the op version of the motherboard, for some reson I thought that I had bought the non-op version).

So thats why i thought about posting a screenshot to ask for yur opinion about my build? I also have been thinking about uninstalling the optane memory and installing my ssd on that connection but i don't know if that connection will support my ssd? And if it does, will I be able to use the thermal guard for my ssd?

Any thoughts or recommendations?

you just picked the expensive parts from everything right?

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

this is a little more for your cash.

and optane is meant for speeding up hard drives (HDD) not solid state drives (SSD).

you probably wont need 32 gb of ram

that psu and mobo are really expensive

the case is also expensive

the air cooler is alright but I would go with an aio at this price point

the SSD is overkill you would probably be fine with a 1tb HDD and a boot SSD

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

@ricksteendam1 oh u right, thank you for that quick answer!

the optane was a fail I know that :D but it was an accident cause I know how it works, so I will give it to a friend of mine who got a hdd and ssd for system like u said.

first I thought about 2X8gb but I often play 2 games at the same time and run some tasks as well, still 2x8gb?

the psu was an recommendation from a local store, but other a question in terms of psu cause money is not that much of a problem so I pref durability. are 750watt enouth, because maybe in future i will ad another gpu and thats the only thing that rly need power right?

mobo is allready bought :/

case, I just love that clean fractal design look ;)

allready bougth the ssd too so my question can I uninstalling the optane memory and installing my ssd on that connection but i don't know if that connection will support my ssd? And if it does, will I be able to use the thermal guard for my ssd?

again thank you for answering that quick!
