Old pc shutting down after one minute (SOLVED)

Hey people!
I got problem with new old pc wich i got from friend of mine. The pc have old Celeron D (1core, 3.06ghz) 4 gb of ram (all function from my old pc) new 350W powersupply. The problem is everytime i start pc it is running for a minute, you can get to bios set everything up etc but after a minute it shuts down and when i try to turn it on pc just runs for a sec and its dead again. I can repeat the last step several times but nothing happens but if i let pc chill for a while i can repeat all of this, pc turns on for a minute tadadada you know the story. First i tried to change powersupply from my pc (350W) and it worked fine so i ordered new one (ATX PSU by Whitenergy 350W) and got same problem. Already tried clearing CMOS and checked everything i could. Guys if you got any ideas what is wrong with that tell me.
PS: I already applied new paste and cleared everything so there is no dust left.

Are you plugged in into a timer outlet/extension because that happens to me on my test bench but its because my timer shuts off randomly

Sudden shutdowns are usually caused by over-heating, but if you've cleaned and re-pasted then that shouldn't be an issue.

Does the CPU fan spin?

Are there any blown capacitors or other blown SMCs on the motherboard?

CPU fan is spinning with no problem and there are no blown capacitators or SMCs. I was thinking about overheating too but it makes no sense to me because i already done this several times and it should be fine. Have no idea, i can try applying new paste again.

There is a good chance that the PC has simply been damaged in it's many years of existence too

It's always possible to repair something, the question is if it's worth your time and money.

It may become an expensive and/or time consuming ordeal, since you may have to source a replacement mobo/cpu.

If it's a passion project, it may be justified, but if it isn't, you may be better off salvaging the PC.

I gonna try replacing thermal paste. I gonna let you guys know if it's working or not. Thank you for help tho :)
