Upgrading from r9 270x

Hello, so i'm thinking about upgrading my gpu and i would like to know if 1070 ti is good option, i'll upgrade cpu and ram later on so don't mind that.

Pc specs:

GPU: r9 270x 2gb vram
PSU: Chieftec A-90 GDP-650C

CPU: i5-4460

RAM: 8gb ddr3

 

also i would like to know if my psu can handle that, i'm pretty sure it can but i'm not certain. Thank you.

Yes 1070ti would work great, but I've never heard of that psu maker. might want to replace it if its getting old
