i5 7600 stuck at 800MHz clockspeeds

Nevermind i updated cpu-z and it shows up the right things..

Hey.. Recently i was hit with something weird on my rig..

Suddenly its stuck at around 800MHz clock, i have tried Everything.

looking in the BIOS for stuff

using throttle stop

searching forums.

and found nothing.. This is my last chance trying to fix it before taking it to a specialist/ technician.

motherboard: Asus h110m-a m.2

Cpu: i5-7600 3.50GHz

Check by testing using cinabench. Or you would have pretty much noticed. Could be faulty reading

i tried running pirme95

but i didnt do anything.. ill try anyway

update the motherboard's bios

at least CPU-Z isnt. I misread that version number below at first

Usually the result of thermal throttling. Use HWMonitor to check idle temps.
