Msi Gaming App is not working properly

Hey there,
I had my Msi gaming app installed for almost 2 years and now when i tried to finally open it again it won't show up (the process is opened in task manager but the app is not showing off in task bar or on the screen)
My specs are: MSI GTX 1070, I5 7600K, MOBO: MSI Z270 TOMAHAWK.   I tried reinstalling and updating the application
Oh and by the way you know what's causing the mouse lag while playing games like gta 5 or battlefield? I think the CPU on 100% is causing it but i only have the game opened.
