Please helppp... sound blasterX AE-5

hi i plugged everything in properly and downloaded the sound blaster software but it is not recognizing my sound card. i also tried changing the PCIE express slot and still not detected. any tips?

What components your PC has?

Does device manager recognize anything when card is attached?

If you are on an asus motherboard and plugged the card on pcie slot 4 or 1 then in bios you have to disable USB front panel header and change it to power to PCIE x1X4
