Video card not fitting on motherboard

The last step for my first build is the gpu,  but it's not fitting. Nzxt s340 case msi b360m mobo gtc 1060 gpu.  It is not fitting, i have to flip the card upside down to get to align but the top gpu bracket is scraping against the opening and getting low enough to be locked.  Please help this is my final step.

If by upside down, you mean the pcb facing upwards and the fans facing downwards, that's normal and how it's supposed to be installed.

push the card a little

Looks alright judging by the rear IO shield.
