"Go to nVidia Control Panel and change the Digital Color Format from RGB to YCbCr444.
Note that fixes color issues mostly with HDMI setups only. It might be also the monitor itself.
I also get a reddish tint on my DELL screen after playing Fallout 3 and could not find a fix even until now. (fixes itself on restart) Well, that game has a lot of issues anyways."

"Does it happens when you load Windows in 'Safe Mode', if it does that might indicate a failing video card.
Go to the NVIDIA Control Panel and under 'Display' click 'Change resolution'.
Hit the 'Customize' button then hit 'Create custom resolution' button.
Change Standard: from 'Automatic' to 'Manual'.
Change 'Refresh rate:' to 59.999 and click the 'Test' button.
If everything works fine then click 'Yes' otherwise 'No'"

I got to my PC after 3 months of being too busy. I downloaded fallout 4 and it's red tinted. Okay, not too bad, it's probably Bethesda being glitchy again. I tried looking up a youtube video and when the video is in full screen it is red tinted as well. This only happens when things are full screened. If it does help fallout is also in a permanent 3d red and blue picture. If someone is able to help me thank you. I am currently updating all my drivers for my gtx 1070.

might be so silly that it gets overlooked. (for the red tinted video)
do you have one of these installed / enabled ?
f.lux ?
windows Night light ?

or do you have a warm color tone profile selected on your monitor?

Excuse me for any possible grammar/spelling mistakes
