Hello guys,

After a long consideration(budget+performance) I went with the X62 to cool my 8700K. Not sure if the temps I am getting are okay though.

I get idle temps between 32-40C with the fans and pump on sillent.

Under stress testing with AIDA and both set up on performance I got a max temp of 72 and average of 60.

Are those normal given the fact that I am using the thermal compound that came in with X62 and I am using In Win 303 which is currently Fanless... Still waiting for them to supply the correct Noctua fans...

Those are pretty good temps. they seem pretty normal for idle and load.

I'd be curious to see the difference in temperatures if you do the tests again, but this time remove the side panel from the case to allow plenty of air flow to the radiator.

Okay, I expected that the poor airflow was impacting me, but not so much...

And this was a 20 minute test, while the previous one was just over 10 minutes.
