What I bought : Dell E1916HV 18.5'

500w power supply

Wireless USB wifi adapter

Red dragon : mouse,mouse pad,headset,keyboard (mechanical)

Mid tower atx case raidmax v4

What I need : cpu,gpu,ram,motherboard

For less than 500$ (R7000,that's south african currency,Rand)Please try your best to keep prices as low as possible

So the only consoles i had was : PS vita,PSP and xbox 360 (when it came out).I liked handhelds due to its portability, but now I want to change and play better games, currently i only play games mobile (2gb ram phone,so Im not used to good graphics)

I don't want to buy anything 2nd hand, unless you tell me thats the only way with my budget.I'm not used to high graphics and fps.

What i want to be able to play : GTA V,metal gear solid V, watchdogs 2,fallout 4 and just cause 3. Like I said,i don't mind low graphics settings. In fact due to my budget i won't mind play at 720p (aim for that when recommending parts, 720p low settings and at least 40fps average,i won't mind dips into 35+fps)

Thanks for your help!
