My problem:

Visual Studio 2017 x2

Eagle 7.2 (with patched board designer)
...more small background apps.

More about problem:

PC passes POST and looks like boot procedure (log file SrtTrail) without a problem but when windows start to load it spin dots for a while and reboot itself without showing any error... For me it's looking like damaged registers or nvidia drivers... (VIDEO SCHEDULER .... meaby?)

For me Nividia driver was a first suspect so i decided to reinstall it in a Safe mode... but after long fight with bcdedit in cmd of recovery tool to enable boot menu  option (Microsoft thank you for making it so hard without booted Windows) windows have a surprise for me... He did not boot either in safe mode!.. After 1h of disconecting thing and pluging it in other slot I thought it's time to read this massive windows logs file...

This is what I found related to my "System reboot while loading" problem. Registers files unload problem... I think so?

So I once again take out my boot SSD form case and go to ..System32/config/.... /RegBack and restore last "good" copy of registers file...

But it doesn't work either...

So I'm hopeless man with broken PC using google translator to seek HELP!

And I know that if I have access to all my data i can copy them and reisntall Windows and bo ok.. But my programs configurations are too important and it's last thing that I want loss... So if you have some advice beside "windows recovery tools" Please help!
