GTX 1050 ti vs GTX 1060

I'm trying to build a gaming PC including the monitor and peripherals under 50000 Indian Rupees or 715 US Dollars.

Should I opt for the GTX 1050 ti with 4 GB of VRAM or the GTX 1060 with the 3 GB of VRAM.

If you could, please suggest the other components for the build within the budget for the best price to performance ratio. Thank you.

What kind of games do you play?  If purely esports titles you can save money on some parts at least and invest it on other more important parts.

 

By the way, what resolution do you game at? 1080p? 720p? 1440p?

 

Also, do you plan to overclock this rig? If no, consider just using the stock heatsink that comes with most processors?

 

Also any preference in terms of the processor? AMD or Intel?

The GTX 1060 will have more processing power even with the reduced amount of ram, if you can manage it would be to find a 1060 with 6gb of ram, it might not be in the budget but if possible that is what i would recommend.

I plan to play at 1080p.

No, I won't be overclocking the rig.
