I have Ryzen 1700, Asus B350 plus coolermaster 212 led, TX550W goldPSU on test bench, no dust

I used to have stable OC at 3.8ghz / 1.3v but recent months it wasnt stable anymore. (Temps at 85C under load)

I cant even get stable for 3.9ghz/1.45v temps go up to 95C

Will water cooling Help? but I see people OC to 3.9-4.0ghz on air........

is there anything to do with B350 power phase? (similar to X470 have better power phase to B450?)

If you want a really good cooler for the 1700 look at the D15 from Noctua.

Try remounting the cooler first though.
