can i put my Dell Inspiron 3650 i7 6700 hardware in a new case? and possibly use the processor on a new / different compatible motherboard i want to turn my Current computer into a bad @$$ Gaming Rig any suggestions i know i can upgrade the graphics card I don't know all that much about computers And as a disabled US Army veteran im on a fixed income and will have to buy parts over time any Suggestions ideas and tips I also want to at some point start a YouTube channel as wall as edit videos and pictures 

i would like to have 64gb ram or higher if possible also any upgrade ideas anyone has i'm willing to listen and learn

The board is sadly proprietary, and so are the case and power supply. You can't reuse any of them for another system. You can use the CPU, RAM, cards and drives, though. 

Adding anything beefier than a GTX1050 would also be a problem to the existing system.

 

I'd suggest, if the budget allows it, to take everything you can re-use out and get a new case, PSU and motherboard. You can then start looking for a usable GPU.
