Tbh, i have no idea yet, i cant seem to find concrete reviews about this specific regional model and i dont have the model yet to test it.

I'd wait untill the laptop arrives, open up the service hatch, take a picture and post it on here.

I ordered an Acer E5 576G (i5-8250u and MX150) today and will recieve it in 3 days. It only comes with a 2TB HDD though, so I'm planning to buy an M.2 SSD for it. It has a maintemance hatch so it should be easy to install the m.2 ssd. Thay being said, can you please help me choose a cheap 128gb SSD for it? I'll only be using the ssd solely for Windows, so 128gb should suffice.

Here are my current options:

Transcend MTS800 https://www.google.com.ph/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.transcend-info.com/Products/No-644&ved=2ahUKEwid1YCf0vvcAhVDbrwKHbWxDQsQFjAAegQIBhAB&usg=AOvVaw2GZhE_uCGXBo_6kSumSOWV

Intel 545s https://www.google.com.ph/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://ark.intel.com/products/125027/Intel-SSD-545s-Series-128GB-M_2-80mm-SATA-6Gbs-3D2-TLC&ved=2ahUKEwiG_pyu0vvcAhUO57wKHRO-CksQFjAAegQIBxAB&usg=AOvVaw0z5QH7HZMPuqeaZx6MJV63

AData XPG SX7000 https://www.google.com.ph/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.amazon.com/ADATA-SX7000-128GB-Gen3x4-ASX7000NP-128GT-C/dp/B06Y6D3M45&ved=2ahUKEwjR_cPV0vvcAhXJTLwKHV8wAqQQFjADegQICRAB&usg=AOvVaw0FeqmXIVHNIdDlp1tlGAUg

Plextor M6E https://www.google.com.ph/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.amazon.com/Plextor-128GB-Internal-Solid-PX-G128M6e/dp/B00KIMIC8M&ved=2ahUKEwjU19CI0_vcAhULU7wKHW-bBQEQFjALegQIBxAB&usg=AOvVaw2SBnAIrRQ4RTFSlNxeBl4M

Are all of these compatible for the Acer 15 e5-576g? Also, which is the best option? Thanks!

Philippines. Price isn't an issue, as I found a local store who sells all these model at roughly the same price.

If I'm totaly honest I havent heard two of the mentioned ones before and from the two I know, I would go with AData

I'm not sure if the E5-576G-50EN model supports NVMe or Sata m.2 though

I wrote it in the first post, ACER E5-576G-50EN. That's why I'm asking which ones are comaptible.

What kind of M.2 interface does the laptop have? M, B or M+B?

Thanks! Was gonna go for the Swift 3 (because of the IPS screen and Aluminum Body) but it wasn't upgradeable and only had an i3-7130u. Did I make the right decision sir ZM?

Doyou you have the mounting screw/standoff?

I have read that if you contact Acer tech support that they will send a mounting kit for the hard drive, and it contains the needed bits to mount the M.2/PCIE.  This should be free.

I make no claims of accuracy just read a few threads on the Acer forum.

Swift 3 has slightly better build quality and better battery life. If you can sacrifice the CPU performance then go for it
