The graphics card is currently on sale and I didn't include the wifi card, so it would be about $120 added to that price. That being said and given this parts list is close enough to what you have, the retail price of your system is currently around $1200 USD. Depending on where you live, tax would be around $75-$150 on top of that.

 

For a used system, even though the components are still relevant, I wouldn't pay more than $1000 USD for it.
