New build any good?

Hey guys it's been a couple yrs since, i have done a build would like some advice on a couple things i have in mind keep in mind i'am in AUS and prices are a lot higher

 

i know i'll be playing CSGO main game always was and will be long time player of the CS franchise  but i'am at the present time not to sure on what other games i might be playing

 

Just wondering what the best avenue to go is?

I would probably go with the amd build as first of all its way cheaper and will probably end up with similar performance (especially on csgo you will be hitting very high fps) and btw the monitor on the amd build is a TN panel which probably wont look too good.

yeah i know that was a TN was seeing the diff between a moderate build and a Hi Res
 

To keep the IPS and get a lower price tag what would be the best way to adjust things?
