Hi am looking at some new headphones. My biggest concern is sound quality. For the HiFiMan HE-560, I have found a place that sells it for the same price of a Sundra, for the 4XX, that is on Massdrop. I currently do not care about how much power is required to run them, I am more concerned about sound quality. These headphones will be used for Video Production and Mixing. I want the headphones with the largest sound stage and the flatest frequency response. Nice highs, lows, mids and vocals are nice, with authentic sound and great instrument reproduction would be a great bonus.

Thanks to all that help!

"headphones with the largest sound stage and the flatest frequency response. Nice highs, lows, mids and vocals are nice"

I would suggest you wait a bit and up your budget to something like the Audeze LCD2C's.

The transition from lows to mids to high are seamless. Sounds like listening to speakers.

The only con that they have for me is weight. (I own the LCD-X's)

Here's my FR graph for my LCD-X's and my True-Fi

@Reckless95 Ok, that looks FR looks amazing! However, those things are expensive, there is a +$300 extra for them, and I mean +$300 for HE-560 and Sundra. I'm not from America, so that price will definitely burn a hole in my wallet. I am well aware of the Audeze, but I just simply can't afford them, not even Honey can help me....

So, are you able to give me a recommendation for 1 of the 3?

I was in the same boat as you, I had my list for either the 4XX or the Sundra's. I would lean for the Sundra's personally.

@Reckless95 Ok Ok, thank you again! Why have you not included the HE-560? I know that the Sundra is very similar to the 4XX, but I want to know the comparison of Sundra vs HE-560...

Thanks Again!

From what I researched I found people comparing both and said it's not worth it over others
