So I just overclocked my i5-4690K to 4.5 GHz at manual 1.188 voltage. Full load when gaming is 62-66 degrees and 86 degrees in prime95 which I think is okay but idle temps are 45 degrees which I think is a bit too high and that is probably because I have manual voltage. So I tried to use offset mode instead but when I get into windows I see that the CPU only runs at stock turbo boost speed, 3.9 GHz instead of 4.5Ghz which is weird becuase in bios it says that the turbo boost speed is 4.5Ghz.

Does anyone know how to fix this? If not then I guss I have to use manual voltage mode but I don't want to run at 45 degrees in idle...

I probably should mention that I have an ASUS B85 pro gamer motherboard.
