I like evga, their FTW2 is imo the best, unless you want a hybrid.

ROG Strix cooler is also good, but those two are pretty much on par with each other.

Personally, I would take the FTW2.

is there a way to check because i know 3 fan is better for cooling but ftw is has a higher oc i heard

3 fan isn't necessarily better, 2 large fans will get the job done just as well.

You can look up reviews of both cards and see how they compare against each other.

My MSi Armor is never below 2000MHz even after hours of gaming.  There's more to it than 3 is better than 2.  I'd rather a twin fan setup from a 'better' company than a 3 fan from a 'lower' company.  Plus 3 fans is always a longer card

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

yeah im trying to find the best 1070 ti but they all have same clock i just want to know the overclokc

you just have to get lucky i guess... i remember LTT's review of a GTX 780Ti Windforce card that actually over clocked lower than a reference card.

although better cooling and power delivery always helps xD
