Issues with games freezing on screen, able to ctrl Alt delete out but games won't respond

I've recently been going crazy trying to figure out exactly what is wrong with my pc, whenever I play middle earth shadow of war I will get a hard screen freeze. The game will stop on screen, with background music playing, but all character voices and sounds stop. The only way for me to get out of this is to ctrl alt del and the log out of the user and then log back in. This issues has also happened ONCE with Doom and ONCE with battlefield 4. HOWEVER this has NEVER happened with Battlefield 1 with many hours of play time and ZERO freezes. Hasn't happened with Batman Arkham Knight or Bioshock Infinite (EVERY THING ALL MAXED OUT) when these games freeze I am able to Alt tab to other programs and that's the only way my window button will respond. I can then ctrl Alt del out and log off the account and then everything closes and I can start things up again.

Power Supply-EVGA 850 B2 BRONZE

All of my temps are being monitored. At most my gpu gets to 70c and gpu z is showing my cpu at about 50c? I have ran a memory diagnostic on my ram, and updated all drivers that are available to for all components.
