lenovo Laptop Lenovo yoga 720 audio jack is not working

my laptop when I try to have my headphones plugin into the 3.5-inch headphone/microphone jack port. Audio does not work however my speakers do work. 

 

One thing I did do go into the Control Panel>hardware and sound> Manage audio devices. my speakers show up but not SteelSeries headset (when I have it Plugin)

 

Specs:

• windows 10 64 bit system home
• Motherboard (laptop)
• Intel Core i5 7200 IU
• RAM 8 GB DDR4
• graphics Intel HD 620
• Storage: 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD
• Ports: 2 x USB 3.1 Type-C, 1 x USB 3.0, headset jack
