PUBG fps cap at 60

I have  60 fps cap issue in my steam games. PUBG & JUST CAUSE 3. but after restarting my laptop that fps cap removes automatically. so i have to restart after start up to uncap fps. Can anyone help me to fix this issue and uncap fps in the first start up.

Nvidia -gtx 1050ti

vsync - off

Dvr- off

I had the exact same problem with games. Everything was locked at 60 FPS. Drivers vsync was off and in-game vsync was off. I fixed it by disabling game bar, game DVR and those "Gaming" features from windows. Also it was stuttering like hell with those features

New patch on pubg, now you can choose smooth or smoother for vsync try to touch that....  Its a setting that has being put today
